This procedure assumes:
-
Engine 2 has been successfully started
-
APU is operative and remains on during taxi out for Engine 1 start
-
No MELs that would affect normal operation of the APU, Pressurization - Air Conditioning Systems
-
Bleeds On Take-Off to be conducted.
-
De-icing is not required (SETO Reconfiguration Checklist to be introduced in the HOT App)
Considerations:
-
Braking or Steering systems, not INOP
-
Higher brake away thrust will be required to start moving (Ramp, Personnel, Equipment, etc...)
-
Local Airport Directives (Jeppesen)
-
Taxiway and ramp slope
-
Ice, snow, slush, standing water, etc...
-
Airport familiarity
-
WX conditions - visibility, wind intensity, temperature
-
Long taxi time (Fuel Imbalance), Short taxi time (Engine stabilization time), FMC (V - speeds due to bleed configuration)
